Our retreat in Rishikesh suits practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners upwards. Most postures allow modifications to be made for the beginner to maintain comfort and safety but also for progressive development in both yoga postures and meditation practices.
We teach authentic Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with great attention to proper alignment during asanas, and are concerned with the awareness of breathing or movement. This is complemented with classes in Yin Yoga, meditation, pranayama, sound healing, and yogic philosophy in order to make classes holistic.
Accommodation should be comfortable, quiet, and clean. Some of the available options include: Private rooms: Usually small, quiet, and serene rooms where one may reflect on his/her life. Accommodation will be provided in a fully equipped, twin-sharing room with amenities installed in it to make one feel at home. Rooms are cozy and well-lit. Amenities include attached bathrooms with filtered water and free Wi-Fi. Limited air-conditioned rooms are available upon request.
We also provide sattvic vegetarian meals, cooked with love for your body and spirit: three healthy meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner; herbal teas; detox drinks; fresh juices. According to Ayurveda, the meals are prepared in such a way that they balance, vitalize, and harmonize ourselves from inside.

Every day of the retreat begins with morning yoga and pranayama, then goes on to breakfast, workshops, excursions, evening meditation, and Sattvic meals. Every single day is so scheduled that whatever the body goes through in terms of activities balances off with rest for the mind and spiritual development.
